Dr. Abhi Kasinadhuni, MD
Dr. Abhi Kasinadhuni, MD, is a board-certified internist with fellowship training in Vascular Medicine and over ten years of clinical experience in primary care, hospital medicine, and post-acute rehabilitation. His practice focuses on managing acute and chronic conditions resulting from injuries, with extensive expertise in pain management, wound care, mobility impairments, and multidisciplinary rehabilitation in skilled nursing and hospital settings.
Dr. Kasinadhuni’s clinical expertise encompasses diagnostic evaluation, treatment planning, medication management, and standards of care for injury-related complications, including chronic pain syndromes, falls and frailty, polypharmacy, ulcers and wound healing, sepsis and infection control, peripheral artery disease, deep venous thrombosis, pulmonary embolism, osteoporosis and fractures, musculoskeletal issues, respiratory conditions like COPD and pneumonia, chronic kidney disease, stroke recovery, traumatic brain injury sequelae such as delirium and dementia, ventilator and feeding tube management, and co-occurring psychiatric conditions like depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and insomnia. He currently serves as Medical Director at The Belvedere, a 130-bed rehabilitation facility in Chester, PA, where he oversees clinical operations, patient stabilization, and quality improvement for post-injury care. In this role and as a physician at multiple post-acute facilities across Pennsylvania—including Aventura at Prospect, Aventura at Pembrooke, Exton Post Acute, Montgomery Subacute and Respiratory Center, and Willow Grove Post Acute—he manages acute exacerbations, palliative interventions, and hospice services for patients recovering from workplace accidents, falls, vehicular trauma, and other injuries, focusing on pain control, mobility restoration, and complication prevention. Previously, he practiced as a Venous and Lymphatic Specialist at The Vein and Vascular Center at Premier and Center for Vein Restoration, addressing vascular injuries and chronic venous insufficiency, and as a Hospitalist at Regional Hospital of Scranton and Frederick Memorial Hospital, handling urgent care for trauma-related admissions.
Dr. Kasinadhuni serves as a medical expert witness in workers’ compensation and personal injury cases involving standards of care in internal medicine, vascular medicine, hospitalist practice, and post-acute rehabilitation. He pursued fellowship training in Venous and Lymphatic Medicine at Center for Vein Restoration and served as a Visiting Resident in Vascular Medicine at Cleveland Clinic.

Dr. Naren Vellanki, MD, is a double board-certified psychiatrist in General Psychiatry and Child & Adolescent Psychiatry with over nine years of clinical experience. His practice is focused on inpatient psychiatric hospital care for pediatric, adolescent, and adult populations, with extensive experience managing high-acuity presentations, including both voluntary and involuntary admissions.
Dr. Vellanki’s clinical expertise centers on diagnostic evaluation, suicide and violence risk assessment, treatment planning, psychopharmacologic management, and hospital-based standards of psychiatric care. He has significant experience in multidisciplinary treatment coordination and the management of complex cases involving mood disorders, psychotic disorders, behavioral dysregulation, and co-occurring psychiatric conditions.
He currently serves as an Inpatient Psychiatrist at the University of Louisville, where he treats pediatric and adolescent patients admitted for acute psychiatric stabilization. His responsibilities include management of safety concerns, involuntary commitments, medication decisions, and coordination with treatment teams and families. He also provides telepsychiatry services across multiple states, delivering diagnostic evaluations and medication management in both inpatient and telehealth settings.
